Beach Haven, New Jersey

$49,500

TWIN DETROIT 8v71N's / 500 HRS SMOH / 2 STRM / NICE CLASSIC

THERE ALWAYS SEEMS TO BE A MARKET FOR THE OLD HATTERAS 45C.  HER PROFILE IS THAT OF A CLASSIC SPORTFISHERMAN WITH A HIGH FOREDECK AND SWEEPING SHEERLINE ENDING WITH A LOW FREEBOARD COCKPIT, IDEAL FOR FISHING.  SOLID HULL CONSTRUCTION AND GOOD SEAKEEPING QUALITIES HAVE MADE THE 45 CONVERTIBLLE A FAVORITE AMONG TOURNAMENT-MINDED ANGLERS.  IN 1970 HER FLYBRIDGE WAS RE-DESIGNED TO A TOURNAMENT STYLE WITH THE HELM AFT AND GUEST SEATING FORWARD.  SHE HAS A SPACIOUS COCKPIT WHICH GETS HIGH MARKE FOR GOOD ALL-AROUND FISHABILITY.

"IRISH ANGEL" IS THE MORE POPULAR TWO STATEROOM, GALLEY DOWN LAYOUT.  SHE IA POWERED WITH TWIN DETROIT DIESEL 8v71N's THAT WILL CRUISE HER AT ABOUT 17 KNOTS ECONOMICALLY AND TOP OUT AT ABOUT 20.  HER ENGINES UNDERWENT A MAJOR OVERHAUL ABOUT 12 YEARS AGO AND HAVE APPROXIMATELY 500 HOURS ON THEM SINCE THEN.   HER HULL WAS STRIPPED AND BARRIER COATED AND HER HULL AND TOP-SIDES AWLGRIPPED IN 2004.  SHE ALSO HAD ADDITIONS TO HER ELECTRONICS PACKAGE INSTALLED IN 2010.  HER INTERIOR FEATURES TWO STATEROOMS, A HEAD WITH A STALL SHOWER, A COMPLETE GALLEY AND A LARGE SALON.  HER CABIN HAS BEEN UPDATED WITH NEWER FURNITURE AND CARPETING.

IF YOU ARE IN THE MARKET FOR A LARGER SPORTFISH THAT IS SOLID, SAFE AND WILL NOT BREAK THE BANK, CALL FOR A PERSONAL INSPECTION.  I LOOK FORWARD TO SHOWING HER TO YOU.  OFFERS ARE ENCOURAGED AND WILL BE GIVEN SERIOUS CONSIDERATION.....
